Fall Off the Bone Baby Back Ribs in the Oven

Delicious, tender, fall off the bone ribs that ANYBODY can main, all made in the oven!

  • 1 rack pork ribs

dry rub

  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

BBQ Sauce

  • ii cups bbq sauce I used Sugariness Baby Rays & added 2 tbsp each fresh lime juice and honey
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees fahrenheit.

  2. Remove membrane from ribs. Rub ribs with dry rub on both sides. Place ribs in oven rubber dish (casserole dish works well) with meat side up. Cover tightly with foil and broil for iii-iv hours, or until rib temperature reaches at least 190 degrees, but no more than 200 degrees.

  3. Remove ribs from oven. Baste with BBQ sauce, and broil at 525 degrees fahrenheit for three-5 minutes to caramelize BBQ sauce.

  4. Slice ribs and serve!
